  • Accurate Data Entry: Capture donor information, donation amounts, and payment details in arenaflex’s secure database with a focus on precision and compliance.
  • Follow‑Up Communication: Conduct timely follow‑up calls or emails to confirm receipt of gifts, provide receipts, and nurture ongoing donor relationships.
  • Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed established metrics for call handling time, donation conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Continuous Improvement: Share feedback on call scripts, suggest process enhancements, and participate in regular training sessions to sharpen skills.
  • Compliance & Security: Adhere to all data protection policies, verify donor identities when required, and ensure secure handling of payment information.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable).
  • At least 6 months of virtual call‑center experience or 1 year of in‑person customer service experience.
  • Ability to pass a standard background check.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with clear diction and a friendly tone.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free workspace.
