Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented Remote Call Center & Customer Service Representative to become the voice of arenaflex for our diverse client base. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to web‑based inquiries, and provide accurate information about government health and human services programs.   • Escalate unresolved or complex grievances to the appropriate department while maintaining ownership of the case until closure.

Essential Qualifications
