Position Overview
The Part‑Time Data Entry Clerk role is a critical backbone position that ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality of our financial and operational records. Working 16–25 hours per week, you will support the accounting, procurement, and field teams by entering data, maintaining filing systems, and preparing reports that enable smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities

- Document Management: Organize, file, and retrieve electronic and paper records in accordance with arenaflex’s record‑keeping policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal controls.
- Report Preparation: Copy, collate, and format reports, mailing lists, meeting agendas, and other correspondence for internal and external distribution.
- Quality Assurance: Proofread all entered data and generated documents for spelling, numerical accuracy, and proper formatting before final submission.
- Office Equipment Utilization: Operate scanners, multi‑function printers, and other office equipment efficiently, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues.
