As a Web Chat Sales Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers exploring our mobility scooter lineup. Your responsibilities will span real‑time chat support, SMS sales dialogues, email correspondence, and active participation in social media engagement. You will work hand‑in‑hand with the Sales Manager and other sales professionals to nurture qualified leads, provide accurate product information, and ultimately drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Live Web Chat Management: Respond promptly to inbound web chat inquiries, guiding prospects through product features, financing options, and delivery logistics.
  • SMS Sales Conversations: Conduct personalized, text‑based sales dialogues that address customer questions, share promotional offers, and move leads toward purchase decisions.
  • Email & Social Media Support: Draft clear, persuasive email replies and engage with comments and messages on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and prioritize qualified leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring sales reps focus on high‑potential opportunities.
