Job Overview This exciting opportunity is perfect for highly motivated and client-focused individuals with a passion for digital marketing. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of the NASM Assortments group, which is dedicated to automating and driving the discovery of cross-classification advertising assortments. Your primary objective will be to develop, validate, scale, and automate new seasonal, occasion, and evergreen assortments, working closely with cross-functional teams, including product, science, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product, science, and engineering teams to create, approve, scale, and automate new assortments, including Clients' Most-Loved, Web Famous, Regular Fundamentals, Premium, and Seasonal Favorites.
  • Own and manage requirements gathering, experimentation, and marketing strategies supporting new assortment development.
  • Define and advance standard operating procedures, best practices, and playbooks in support of self-service marketing and experimentation for new and existing assortments.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and make informed decisions to optimize results.
  • Demonstrate a customer-obsessed approach, focusing on delivering exceptional client experiences through innovative marketing solutions.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or product management, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
  • Experience participating in cross-functional projects, with a strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to use and interpret data to measure marketing programs and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proven ability to deliver results and meet deadlines, with a strong focus on accountability and ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate for this role:

  • Experience implementing and analyzing online experiments, with a strong understanding of A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in DTC and e-commerce products/services, with a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and the latest trends and technologies.
