Key Responsibilities

• * Design, develop, and update curriculum and instructional materials for various subjects and education levels.
• * Create engaging lesson plans, activities, assessments, and multimedia learning resources.
• * Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
• * Develop course outlines, learning objectives, and assessments that align with the needs of the bolthires audience.
• * Ensure that all educational materials adhere to the companys standards and best practices in instructional design.
• * Review and revise existing curriculum based on feedback and educational trends.
• * Stay up-to-date with the latest educational technologies and methodologies.
• * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and make improvements as necessary.
• * Collaborate with educators and project managers to ensure timely delivery of curriculum content.
• * Provide support and training to instructors on curriculum implementation.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelors degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• * Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a similar role.
• * Strong knowledge of instructional design models and educational best practices.
• * Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, etc.).
• * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
