Job Description

Taskzeno is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. This is a fully remote job that offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while supporting Giglithic s operations. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support, managing various tasks, and ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Talentra teams and executives. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining databases. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Conduct research and gather information for various projects. Complete special projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant administrative role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer. Familiarity with Flexoraq s operational procedures is a plus. Restrictions Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Must adhere to Jobspirex s code of conduct and ethical guidelines.
