Personalized Learning: Identify the unique needs of each student and create a supportive, inspiring, and engaging virtual learning environment tailored to their success. Instruction & Assessment: Prepare, deliver, and assess educational materials and activities to ensure students meet their learning goals. Collaboration: Work closely with the Class Teacher and Lead Teacher to align instructional strategies and enhance the learning experience. Parent Communication: Keep parents informed about their child's progress, offering guidance and recommendations to support learning at home. Interactive Learning: Utilize special tools and equipment provided to create dynamic and stimulating learning experiences for students. Job Qualifications Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree in Special Education is required; a Master's Degree is preferred. Certification: Must hold current state certification in Special Education or be eligible to obtain it. Experience: A minimum of two years of school-based experience is required, with virtual teaching experience being a plus.
