Position Overview – Remote Customer Service Representative

arenaflex is actively seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our Remote Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of arenaflex, delivering prompt, accurate, and empathetic support to our customers via email, live chat, and other digital channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Prompt Digital Communication: Respond to inbound customer inquiries through email, live chat, and ticketing systems within established service level agreements (SLAs).
