Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our Overnight Call Center Team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking interpreter assistance, ensuring that each interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. This role is primarily remote during the ongoing COVID‑19 situation, with an eventual transition back to our Horsham office when it is safe to do so.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer high‑volume inbound calls during overnight shifts, maintaining a courteous and solution‑oriented demeanor.
  • Gather accurate client information and promptly connect callers with qualified interpreters via telephone.
  • Document call details in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with confidentiality standards.
  • Provide clear, concise explanations of arenaflex services, guiding clients through the process of requesting language support.
  • Identify and resolve common issues, escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary.
  • Maintain a calm and professional presence during high‑stress situations, demonstrating strong conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Continuously improve call handling efficiency by adopting best practices and leveraging new software tools.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings to stay current on product updates and industry trends.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service, communications, or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment, preferably with a focus on multilingual or interpreter services.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection, a functional webcam, and a personal computer that meet arenaflex’s remote‑work specifications.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, web‑based CRM platforms, and the capacity to quickly learn new software.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive client data in accordance with privacy regulations.
  • Self‑motivation and disciplined time‑management skills to thrive in a remote work setting.
  • Flexibility to work overnight hours (typically 10 PM – 6 AM EST) and adapt to shifting schedules as business needs evolve.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience with interpreter coordination or language services, though multilingual fluency is not required.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, or other data‑protection frameworks relevant to global communication.
  • Previous exposure to remote work environments, including the ability to set up an ergonomic home office.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities, with a track record of turning challenging situations into positive outcomes.
  • Excellent written communication skills for accurate note‑taking and follow‑up documentation.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
