Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate, empathetic, and results‑driven Student Success Coach to join our remote team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted mentor and advocate for students navigating their academic journeys. Your primary mission will be to inspire, guide, and empower learners to overcome obstacles, develop critical study skills, and ultimately graduate with confidence. This is a full‑time, work‑from‑home opportunity that offers a structured schedule aligned with our operating hours (Monday‑Thursday 8 am‑7 pm CDT; Friday & Saturday 8 am‑5 pm CDT). Key Responsibilities

• Student Outreach & Coaching: Conduct proactive phone calls, video chats, and email communications to a designated cohort of students, providing personalized guidance throughout their degree program.
• Enrollment & Retention Support: Assist prospective and current students with enrollment processes, course selection, and academic planning to maximize retention and on‑time graduation rates.
• Academic Development: Deliver actionable study strategies, time‑management techniques, and resource recommendations that help students build lifelong learning habits.
• Resource Navigation: Educate students on how to leverage arenaflex’s virtual campus, digital library, tutoring services, and career centers to enhance their academic experience.
• Resume & Career Coaching: Become a certified resume reviewer, offering constructive feedback, interview preparation, and career‑development advice aligned with industry standards.
• Liaison Functions: Coordinate with admissions, financial aid, academic advising, and technical support teams to resolve student concerns swiftly and effectively.
• Data‑Driven Monitoring: Track student engagement metrics, document interactions in the CRM system, and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives based on analytics.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (U.S. Department of Education‑recognized or international equivalent).
• Minimum of two years’ experience in academic advising, admissions support, customer service, human resources, or counseling.
• Demonstrated knowledge of higher‑education policies, enrollment procedures, and student lifecycle management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a warm, professional phone demeanor.
