Position Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist – Call Support & Customer Help at arenaflex, you will be the backbone of our subscriber experience team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, accurately capture and update subscriber data, resolve queries, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes. This is a fully remote, work‑from‑home position offering a competitive hourly rate of $32.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and initiate outbound outreach to resolve account‑related issues.
  • Enter, verify, and maintain subscriber information in arenaflex’s CRM and data platforms with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide clear, empathetic assistance on billing, subscription changes, technical troubleshooting, and content recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Content, Marketing, and Product teams to relay customer feedback that drives product enhancements.
  • Identify patterns in recurring issues and suggest process improvements to senior leadership.
  • Maintain detailed call logs and generate daily reports on key performance metrics.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on new releases, platform updates, and data‑entry best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data entry, call center support, or related customer‑service roles, preferably within media, entertainment, or technology sectors.
