Key Responsibilities

  • Engage Prospects via Live Chat: Initiate and sustain dynamic, solution‑focused conversations with inbound and outbound leads using arenaflex’s proprietary chat software.
  • Promote Container Solutions: Articulate the benefits, specifications, and use‑case scenarios of our container products, tailoring the narrative to each customer’s unique needs.
  • Drive Sales to Closure: Convert qualified conversations into orders by generating accurate invoices, processing payments, and confirming delivery details—all within the chat interface.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers: Seamlessly hand off leads to assigned sales managers for follow‑up phone calls, ensuring a smooth transition and consistent customer experience.
  • Maintain CRM Accuracy: Log all interactions, update lead statuses, and record key insights in arenaflex’s CRM to support data‑driven decision making.

Essential Qualifications
