Position Details and Schedule
- Anticipated Start Date: September 16, 2024
- Work Arrangement: Train and work remotely from approved states
- Training Period: Three weeks of comprehensive paid training (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday)
- Employment Type: Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Available Shifts: Schedules available between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM Mountain Standard Time
- Compensation: Competitive starting base pay of $15.00 per hour plus performance bonus potential of up to $6.00 per hour
- Weekend Requirement: Required weekend shifts on a rotating basis

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Experience Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to customers seeking vision care products and solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Multi-Chat Customer Engagement: Handle 2-3 simultaneous incoming customer chats using our state-of-the-art LiveEngage (LivePerson) platform, providing real-time support and information to multiple customers efficiently
- Consultative Selling: Proactively consult with customers to enhance the value of their contact lens purchases, recommending complementary products, upgrades, and solutions that improve their overall vision care experience
- Virtual Team Collaboration: Communicate and engage proactively with your manager and team members to ensure success in a virtual work environment, including participation in one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and ongoing team chat discussions
- Exceptional Service Delivery: Provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic digital environment, maintaining professionalism and empathy throughout every customer interaction

What You'll Need: Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Remote Customer Experience Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent experience demonstrating foundational academic competency
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional customer service experience, preferably in a chat-based, call center, retail, or hospitality environment
