Why This Role Matters

Our Partner Expert IT Crewmember Innovation Administration (CTS) team is the backbone of arenaflex’s internal support ecosystem. In this role, you will be the first line of defense for all arenaflex crewmembers, providing timely, professional, and empathetic assistance across a wide range of hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Your contributions will directly impact operational efficiency, safety compliance, and the overall morale of the arenaflex family.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Technical Support: Deliver first‑ and second‑level assistance for all arenaflex devices and applications, including laptops, tablets, smartphones, and specialized aviation tools.
  • Customer Care Excellence: Provide outstanding on‑site and remote support to arenaflex crewmembers, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to service excellence.
  • Incident Management: Log, track, and prioritize tickets from initiation to resolution, coordinating with internal and external resources to meet service‑level agreements (SLAs).
  • System Monitoring & Maintenance: Conduct routine health checks, update configurations, and maintain access controls to safeguard data integrity and system availability.
  • Collaboration with Development Teams: Partner with software rollout groups to support new releases, beta testing, and post‑deployment troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge Base Stewardship: Continuously update internal documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to reflect the latest best practices and solutions.
  • Crisis Response: Coordinate response efforts for major incidents, service outages, and black‑out events, ensuring clear communication and rapid restoration of services.
  • Travel Coordination: Based in Montego Bay, Jamaica, you will travel periodically to Kingston for team meetings, training sessions, and on‑site collaboration.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks assigned by management that support the overall mission of the IT support function.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting modern operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) or completion of an IT Fundamentals certification (e.g., Coursera IT for Everyone).
  • Hands‑on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting applications.
  • Willingness to travel short‑term (up to ½ month) within Jamaica and the United States.
  • Valid travel documents and the ability to obtain a U.S. visa independently (arenaflex does not sponsor visas).
  • Familiarity with workplace collaboration suites (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom).
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of assignment.

Preferred Qualifications & Technical Skills

  • Industry‑recognized certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, CompTIA Network+, or relevant programming language credentials.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and server products.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Understanding of LAN environments, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and basic networking concepts.
  • Experience with VoIP and POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) systems, as well as mobile device management (MDM) platforms like Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune.
  • Familiarity with enterprise media solutions and digital signage technologies.
