[Remote] Team Colby - 1099 Licensed Medicare Insurance Agent

They are seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to assist individuals in navigating Medicare programs, educating clients on options, recommending suitable plans, and helping with enrollment and transitions.
Responsibilities
- Educate clients about Medicare benefits and coverage options
- Assist with plan enrollment and transitions
- Conduct plan comparisons and provide recommendations
- Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and deadlines
- Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume sales environment, while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service to resolve issues and answer questions
Skills
- Holds valid health insurance license
- Can provide proof of release or intent to release if previously or currently appointed elsewhere
- Current plan year AHIP certification
- Understanding of sales and ability to generate revenue
- Capability to contract and become RTS (ready-to-sell) with multiple insurance carriers (3 main MAPD carriers or 2 main MAPD carriers and one approved secondary carrier.)
- Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven environment with expectations around sales performance, and call compliance
- Ability to work in compliance with CMS Federal regulations
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Must be authorized to legally work in the United States without sponsorship
