The Integrated Marketing Manager will lead and oversee integrated marketing campaigns, build and mentor a high-performing team, and leverage AI-driven marketing practices to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing integrated marketing team while remaining hands-on in driving strategic marketing initiatives across lifecycle marketing, funnels, webinars, customer journeys, and growth programs. Serve as a key strategic marketing leader, leveraging strong direct response marketing experience to help scale HighLevel’s trial growth and customer acquisition efforts
  • Align campaign messaging, offers, creative assets, and customer journeys across channels
  • Lead or co-lead, in partnership with the Sr. Director for go-to-market initiatives, launches, promotions, and recurring campaign programs
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time
  • Improve customer journeys from lead generation through conversion and retention
  • Ensure campaigns inside HighLevel are organized, scalable, and operationally effective
  • Leverage AI tools and AI-driven marketing practices to improve personalization, campaign efficiency, customer targeting, reporting insights, and operational scalability
  • Identify opportunities where AI can improve marketing workflows, customer engagement, and campaign performance
  • Build, manage, and optimize workflows, automations, funnels, pipelines, forms, and nurture systems in HighLevel
  • Support CRM management, segmentation, campaign setup, and customer communication flows
  • Partner with technical marketing and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
  • Help maintain campaign quality, tracking accuracy, and reporting visibility
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation, operational efficiency, and customer experience
  • Support adoption of operational best practices and scalable systems
  • Explore and implement AI-assisted marketing tools and workflows where appropriate to improve execution quality and efficiency
  • Track campaign performance across engagement, conversion, retention, and funnel metrics
  • Analyze customer behavior and performance data to identify optimization opportunities
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation across messaging, offers, workflows, and customer experiences
  • Partner with growth and creative teams to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Use data, automation, and AI-driven insights to inform marketing decisions
  • Contribute ideas that improve customer engagement, campaign performance, and operational execution
  • Manage, coach, mentor, and support team members across campaign execution and marketing operations
  • Provide clear direction, accountability, prioritization, and performance expectations
  • Help team members develop their marketing, operational, and strategic capabilities
  • Create a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous learning, and strong execution
  • Support workload management, resource planning, and execution prioritization across initiatives
  • Conduct regular check-ins, provide feedback, and support employee growth and development
  • Foster a team culture that embraces innovation, experimentation, adaptability, and AI-driven marketing evolution
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives remain aligned and on schedule
  • Improve communication and workflow coordination across teams
  • Support campaign planning, project management, and execution tracking
  • Ensure customer-facing experiences remain consistent across channels and touchpoints
  • Contribute to process improvements that help teams execute more efficiently

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Overall 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in integrated marketing, lifecycle marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, or related areas
  • 2+ years of people management experience with responsibility for leading, coaching, or mentoring marketing team members
  • Strong hands-on experience working within the HighLevel ecosystem
  • Experience building and managing funnels, automations, CRM workflows, nurture campaigns, AI-assisted marketing programs, and customer journeys in HighLevel
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and how AI can be leveraged within modern marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, personalization, analytics, and campaign optimization
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, paid media, webinars, and funnel-based marketing
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, campaign reporting, conversion optimization, and AI-driven performance insights
  • Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and team deliverables in fast-paced environments
  • Experience working in agency, SaaS, coaching, or high-growth business environments
  • Familiarity with direct response or performance marketing concepts
  • Experience supporting launches, webinars, promotions, or recurring campaign programs
  • Exposure to marketing operations, attribution, or customer lifecycle strategy
  • Experience collaborating with creative and technical marketing teams
  • Exposure to AI-enabled marketing tools, automation platforms, content generation tools, or AI-assisted customer engagement strategies
