They are seeking a Senior Director Analyst for Data Center Compute, responsible for researching market trends, communicating complex concepts to executives, and collaborating with teams to support account growth.
Responsibilities
- Research, analyze, and forecast market trends to provide actionable insights to end‑user organizations and vendors
- Stay ahead of developments across core and adjacent emerging technology areas
- Collaboratively write and publish evidence‑based research and analysis
- Communicate complex concepts clearly and authoritatively to senior‑level executives
- Present at conferences as an industry expert
- Partner with sales and service teams to support account growth, retention, and engagement
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 12+ years of industry experience with a focus on core data center technologies in leading‑edge organizations
- Experience presenting technology and business adoption scenarios to senior IT leaders
- Deep expertise in one or more of the following: hybrid & multi-cloud infrastructure, server virtualization technologies, disaster recovery strategy
- Knowledge of major and emerging vendors with the potential to disrupt the market
- Technical understanding of supercomputing approaches
