[Remote] Financial Services Professional – High-Intent Leads, Pre-Set Appointments, Uncapped Earnings
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Secure Income Management (SIM) is expanding in California and seeking experienced Financial Advisors to join their growing platform. This advisor-centric role focuses on delivering comprehensive financial guidance, particularly around income planning and wealth protection strategies, while leveraging SIM's tools and resources to build long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth reviews of clients’ financial situations and objectives
- Develop customized financial plans and income-focused strategies aligned to client needs
- Provide guidance on wealth management topics including retirement income planning, liquidity strategies, and portfolio diversification
- Educate clients on safe money and risk-managed solutions, including fixed indexed annuities where appropriate
- Discuss tax-aware and estate planning considerations in coordination with other professionals
- Maintain ongoing relationships through proactive communication and reviews
- Stay informed on market conditions, regulatory changes, and product updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience
- Review and present clear reports and recommendations to clients
Skills
- Experience in financial planning, wealth management, insurance, or a related advisory role
- Active Life Insurance License in Florida for 2+ years
- Knowledge of income-focused planning and retirement strategies
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, accountable, and growth-oriented mindset
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and professionally
- Familiarity with fixed indexed annuities and income-producing solutions preferred
- Relevant licenses and/or designations (CFP®, CFA®, AIF®, CEP®, insurance licenses, etc.) are a plus but not immediately mandatory
