Role Overview

As a Remote Data Engineer within the Operations Analytics & Performance (OAP) division, you will design, build, and maintain the single source of truth data platforms that power arenaflex’s analytics ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross‑functional partners to automate reporting, modernize data pipelines, and champion best practices in data governance and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Acquisition & Integration: Identify, extract, and ingest data from a variety of internal and external sources, ensuring completeness and accuracy for downstream analysis.
• Data Cleansing & Curation: Apply advanced data‑profiling techniques to clean, standardize, and enrich datasets, creating reusable, well‑documented data tables that serve as the foundation for analytics.
• Pipeline Development: Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL, Python, and modern orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect) to automate data movement and transformation.
• Reporting Automation: Develop modular, self‑service reporting solutions that enable business users to generate insights without reliance on manual processes.
