Key Responsibilities

The Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and data management duties, including but not limited to:

  • Information Gathering and Document Collection: Proactively collecting invoices, financial statements, reports, personal identification details, and other essential documents from employees, internal departments, clients, and external partners as directed by arenaflex leadership.
  • Document Scanning and Review: Carefully scanning through volumes of information to identify pertinent data points, key figures, and critical information that must be captured, transcribed, or flagged for additional review.
  • Error Identification and Correction: Diligently identifying and correcting errors within documents and datasets, organizing the information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate digital capture and downstream usability.
  • Spreadsheet Creation and Management: Creating, maintaining, and updating accurate spreadsheets that support reporting, analysis, and operational decision-making across arenaflex and its client base.
  • Database Entry and Updates: Entering, updating, and managing information within relevant databases and information systems in accordance with arenaflex's established data governance standards.
  • Data Backup and Integrity Assurance: Ensuring that all critical data is appropriately backed up according to arenaflex protocols, preserving the integrity and accessibility of organizational information assets.
  • Error Reporting and Communication: Promptly informing relevant internal parties, supervisors, and stakeholders regarding any errors, discrepancies, or data quality issues encountered during the data entry process.

Essential Qualifications
