Key Responsibilities

• Operate arenaflex’s Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) platform, entering, validating, and tracking risk assessment data for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business owners to gather and confirm the scope of third‑party engagements, ensuring all required information is captured accurately.
• Distribute, collect, and review due‑diligence questionnaires, assessing completeness and identifying gaps in security controls.
• Document findings, remediation plans, and status updates in arenaflex’s compliance management system.
• Draft and edit risk‑assessment reports, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for queries related to risk‑control methodologies, providing timely and knowledgeable responses.
• Continuously monitor open risk tickets, updating findings, and driving issues to closure.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the TPRM workflow and propose enhancements to increase efficiency and data quality.
• Partner with senior GRC leaders to schedule and execute risk‑mitigation activities, supporting the broader cybersecurity strategy.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of compliance activities, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, SSAE 18, and other relevant frameworks.
• Assist in the development and delivery of compliance training materials for internal teams.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in third‑party risk management, data security, audit, or compliance tracking (at least 2‑3 years focused on TPRM or internal audit).
• Demonstrated experience with GRC tools and platforms, preferably in a remote or distributed work environment.
• Strong understanding of information security standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, SSAE 16/18, and related regulatory requirements.
