Description: We are currently hiring part-time remote Call Center Representatives located in Florida, Georgia, S Carolina and N Carolina... As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for answering telephone calls and placing orders from potential customers inquiring about the products offered during our TV media ads. Rare Collectibles TV (RCTV) was founded in 2014, and based in Torrance, California. RCTV is a growing eCommerce & Television Company, that has a huge following. Our mission is to provide the perfect coin and hire a dedicated team that works tirelessly with our numismatic network to ensure our Customers receive only the highest caliber coins, regardless of their location. Our passion for numismatics goes beyond supplying Customers with high quality valuable coins. We also understand that every collection has a unique story to tell, which is why we are dedicated to providing them with all the educational information that relates to their collection. Part Time Schedules: Schedule A Saturday 11:00am – 7:30pm EST Sunday 11:00am – 7:30pm EST OR Schedule B Saturday 1:30pm – 10:00pm EST Sunday 1:30pm – 10:00pm EST Requirements: About the Job and Requirements • Answer incoming calls from potential customers. • Identify customer needs, respond to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. • Educate callers about various products offered during our televised shows. • Help facilitate the best customer experience. • Although call volume varies, you must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time. • Punctuality and reliability are a must. About You • You are the first point of contact with our customers – you must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • You can connect and build rapport with people of various backgrounds. • You have a positive attitude and a desire to learn. • You have exemplary interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to evolving situations while remaining calm, pleasant, and helpful during each call. • You have excellent data entry skills. • You have a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
