Position Overview Are you passionate about senior care and committed to making a difference? As a VIP Helpline Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, providing empathetic support and assistance. Your role is crucial in ensuring our seniors receive the care they deserve. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from seniors in our community Gather and verify demographic information with care and professionalism Use problem-solving skills to identify and address caller needs effectively Document all interactions accurately and in accordance with procedures Provide reassurance and support to callers, demonstrating empathy and understanding Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare Proficiency in Google Suite applications and data entry Strong verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus Physical Requirements Minimum internet speed of 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload Dedicated workspace free from distractions or interruptions Key Attributes Positive work ethic and commitment to our core values Team player who contributes ideas and feedback Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong organizational and multitasking skills Respect for cultural diversity and sensitivity towards seniors
