What You'll Do: • Technical Leadership and Architectural Guidance: • Lead by example, demonstrating a deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. • Provide architectural guidance and design oversight, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. • Foster a culture of technical excellence within the team, encouraging innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. • Code Quality and Review: • Establish and enforce coding standards, code review processes, and quality assurance practices. • Conduct regular code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members to improve code quality, readability, and maintainability. • Implement automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous integration and delivery of high-quality software. • AWS Expertise and Cloud Architecture: • Utilize your expertise in AWS services to architect and implement scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud solutions. • Design and deploy cloud-native applications leveraging services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, and ECS/EKS. • Implement best security, compliance, and performance optimization practices in AWS environments. • Project Planning and Execution: • Drive project execution, identifying key milestones, dependencies, and resourcing, monitoring progress, addressing impediments, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, quality assurance, and operations, to align priorities and deliver integrated solutions. • Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams, resolving conflicts and fostering a culture of transparency and accountability. What You'll Need: • 7+ years of experience in Software Development as a software engineer • Strong technical skills in programming languages like Java, Python, JavaScript • Extensive experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and proficiency in cloud architecture design and implementation. Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB. • Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Git). • Solid fundamental background in multiple testing disciplines (e.g., APIs, Functional UI testing, Performance testing, data-oriented systems testing, distributed systems, etc.). • Bachelors in Computer Science, or a similar math or engineering discipline.
