Position: Accounting, Billing, Data Entry, Job Tracking Specialist Location: Remote (High-speed internet required) Employment Type: Full-time Overview: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting, Billing, Data Entry, Job Tracking Specialist. This pivotal role involves overseeing the accurate tracking of work received, ensuring precise billing processes, and timely submission to our telecommunications clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting principles, proficiency in Microsoft products, and a demonstrated history in similar roles within a contractor environment. Responsibilities: • Monitor and track incoming work orders from telecommunications clients. • Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure accurate job completion documentation. • Prepare and verify invoices based on completed work orders and contractual terms. • Maintain comprehensive records of billed and unbilled work orders. • Resolve billing discrepancies and issues in collaboration with internal teams and clients. • Utilize job tracking software to update project statuses and ensure accurate invoicing. • Generate regular reports on billing status and project profitability. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 5 years of experience in accounting, billing, or data entry roles within a contractor or service provider environment. • Must be able to work 8am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time ( minimum 40 hrs) • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Must have a excellent operating PC preferably multiple monitors. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, must have fluent conversational English. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. • High-speed internet connection suitable for remote work. Preferred Skills: • Experience with job tracking software (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce). • Knowledge of telecommunications industry practices and billing procedures. • Familiarity with contract management and compliance. • Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA) or related fields is a plus.
