We are working with a law firm looking to build their legal team with the addition of remote data entry clerks who are reliable, efficient and detail-oriented individuals looking to join a fast-paced team that makes a difference. Must be able to communicate fluently in English and Spanish. Impressive attention to detail High level of accuracy Experience in data entry and working with a case management system is preferred
Responsibilities
Perform case audits Maintain up to date case email inboxes and respond/refer to individuals accordingly Keep case management systems up to date Assist with some legal forms data entry functions as needed Maintain an active and efficient communication flow with the legal team Act as general support to the legal team and assist as needed Apply Job!
