- Use exceptional de-escalation skills on escalated calls
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, products, and services
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Attendance adherence is critical for training success
- Private, undisturbed workspace free from distractions
- High-speed internet with minimum speeds of 25mbps download and 15mbps upload
- 2+ years of sales experience
- 2+ years of call center customer service/sales experience
- High school diploma, GED, or college experience
