Airbnb Communication Manager - Contract to Hire

We are seeking a skilled Airbnb Communication Manager fluent in Spanish to assist in managing communication for our growing number of Airbnb properties, currently 15-20 active listings, with the potential to expand to 30-40 properties in a few months. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations, coordinating with cleaning staff, and providing excellent customer service to our guests, we... will train you so you have all the information you need. Responsibilities: Manage communication for multiple properties on airbnb and booking (communicatioon managed through channel manager) Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure timely turnovers (using the same software) Respond promptly and friendly to guest inquiries Resolve any issues or complaints that may arise Handle occasional phone calls from guests Modify reservations manage reimbursements Skills: High proficiency in Spanish and a good level in English Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Prior experience in property management or hospitality is a plus Work Schedule: Weekdays (Monday to Friday): 9:00 - 18:00 (Spain time) Weekend only (Sunday): 10:00 - 22:00 (Spain time) Note: The workload involves a lot of dead time during these hours; hence, constant communication is not required throughout the shift. Project Details: Size: Medium Duration: Initially one month and very possibly up for extension Expertise: Entry-level Compensation: Fixed monthly price (propose your rate) We are looking for freelancers who offer competitive rates. The nature of the job includes many hours with minimal activity, making it ideal for those who can manage other tasks simultaneously during downtime.
