1099 Customer Service Representative

Position We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team! You will get to work from the comfort of your home, choose your clients and create your own work schedule. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients on a flexible basis. We are a small remote company, and value all of our... agents. As we grow, we will implement more perks and incentives for agents. Please Note: This is a 1099 remote opportunity, not a W2 employee position. Duties - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Utilize phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience - Upsell products and services to increase sales revenue - Abide by client customer service requirements • Qualifications - 6+ months of customer service and/or call center work experience, preferably in a remote position - Strong ability to analyze or determine customer needs and provide or recommend appropriate solutions. • - Excellent and fluent English speaking skills • Must reside in the USA and be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor.
