Understand Functional Design and develop Technical Designs, build, test and support deployment pertaining to SAP Service Cloud applications 2. Work on Customizations and extensibility of standard SAP Service Cloud applications projects using SAP C4C SDK and PDI 3. Work on Customizations and extensibility of SAP C4C Standard Integration using SOAP and REST service 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements 5. Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues 6. Communicate and coordinate in an onshore/offshore model.
