Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering and updating data into our systems accurately and efficiently. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our database. Responsibilities: • Enter and update data into company databases with high... accuracy. • Verify data by comparing it to source documents. • Review and correct data errors to maintain data integrity. • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested. • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation. • Assist in preparing reports and summaries as needed. • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate data entry. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position. • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup. • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
