Fraud Management IT Lead

In partnership with one of our clients, we are looking to hire an experienced Fraud Management IT Lead to work 4 days a week onsite. This position is available in San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, or Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. You will have a priority if you meet any of the following preferred qualifications... • Military experience or background as a military spouse/domestic partner. • 3-5 years of experience with Scaled Agile (Kaizen, SAFe, LeSS). • Previous experience as an Agile Product Owner/Manager. • 1-3 years of Director or management experience with similar-sized teams. • Familiarity with Tableau, JIRA, and Wiki. • Experience in fraud prevention within the financial services industry. Responsibilities: • Lead an agile team(s) in developing solutions to implement the bank’s business objectives. • Create and implement policies and processes for delivering agile methodologies aligned with strategic objectives. • Oversee project assignments and prioritize work for Agile teams, ensuring timely progress and alignment with objectives. • Foster a collaborative team environment, driving achievement of goals and objectives. • Ensure compliance with financial regulatory policies and mitigate identified risks. • Provide expert guidance in Agile principles and practices, and assist in conflict resolution. • Communicate project status to team members and senior leaders, building consensus across the organization. • Manage and develop a high-performing team, overseeing recruitment, coaching, and performance management. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience in product development, process improvement, project delivery, or business/requirements analysis. • 8 years of experience in financial services, including 2 years in a leadership role. • Experience in marketing, strategy, digital, process, or user experience design within a financial organization. • Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies, with experience as a Product Owner. • Knowledge of multiple technical software delivery methodologies, such as Agile and SAFe. • Experience in analyzing business requirements and streamlining processes in line with regulatory requirements Apply Job!
