Please note that this position is remote... Travel to client sites is required up to 15% of the time. Candidates can be located anywhere in the U.S. and will report to our office in Alpharetta. Take your ambitions to the next level The Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager will provide the expertise required to effectively implement and deliver Oracle Cloud ERP solutions to our clients. These solutions involve implementing Oracle Cloud modules such as HCM, Supply Chain, and Financials, among others. • Manage the coordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work; • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan using Smartsheet; • Meet with team members biweekly to forecast hours and continuous management of the budget to actuals and forecast to completion; • Manage project deliverables in line with the statement of work; • Record and manage project issues and escalate to the Travercent Architecture Consultant, where necessary; • Monitor project progress and performance; • Maintain a cooperative, motivated and successful team; • Act as a liaison and provide project updates to the project steering committee; • Manage project evaluation and dissemination activities; • Manage consultancy input within the defined budget; • Work closely with client PM/key users to ensure the project meets business needs. Does this sound like you? • Bachelor’s degree or higher; • Eight years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations; • Ten years of experience in ERP Project Management; • Experience with flexible, innovative and fast-paced work environments; • Previous Healthcare/Hospital industry experience (asset); • Superior communication skills: written, spoken, and presentation, with the ability to communicate and interact with senior and executive-level management and influence outcomes.
