Job Description
Conduct telephonic outreaches and answer incoming calls regarding member's medication use, including but not limited to medication adherence, refill request, and medication clarification... Hard Skills Customer Service Call Center Pharmacy Work Site This is a fully remote position.
Work Environment
M-F 8-5. This job is remote and can sit in TN or AR. Tools to perform job duties, including laptops, phone, and training guides, will be provided.
