Customer Service Representative - Bilingual Preferred

Key Responsibilities • Customer Focus: Bring empathy and a customer-centric approach to every interaction. • Communication: Guide conversations using scripts and resources to ensure accurate and helpful responses. • Technical Proficiency: Utilize online resources, desktop applications, and call center systems efficiently. • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and follow established protocols. • Quality Assurance: Meet and exceed department standards for service quality and performance. Requirements • Education: High School Diploma or GED. • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills and reliable internet connection (preferably hardwired via Ethernet). • Language Proficiency: Ability to pass a language knowledge assessment. • Remote Setup: A dependable internet connection is essential due to the remote nature of the role. Preferred Qualifications • Bilingual or Multilingual: Additional language skills are a plus. • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial. • Security Clearance: Previous clearance for a Public Trust Entry of Duty Clearance (for government clients) is advantageous. • Industry Knowledge: Licenses or experience in Insurance, Healthcare, or Finance sectors. • FEMA Experience: Familiarity with FEMA Call Centers is a plus.
