Job Description: We are looking for a Contact Center Associate to join our team at Disney in Houston, Texas. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests through various communication channels. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service... role. Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from guests with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and issues related to Disney products, services, and experiences. 3. Provide accurate information and guidance to guests regarding reservations, ticketing, and general inquiries. 4. Utilize various software systems to access guest information, process transactions, and update guest records. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of service quality and compliance. 7. Continuously strive to improve performance and meet or exceed key performance indicators. Requirements: 1. Resilient and energetic personality traits. 2.
