Early Childhood Education Specialist - Flexible Afternoon/Evening Shifts

Your responsibilities will include... implementing engaging activities aligned with our curriculum, supporting children’s developmental milestones, conducting observations, and assisting with schoolwork or remote learning. Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute creative, educational experiences based on our curriculum standards. • Ensure a safe and caring environment for children and families. • Actively supervise and engage children in activities. • Maintain regular communication with children, parents, and colleagues to meet the needs of each child. Additional Opportunities We are currently hiring for afternoon/evening positions with flexible scheduling. Floaters may be assigned to various classrooms daily, providing support and following lesson plans while adapting to daily needs. Qualifications • Experience working with children preferred but not required. • Knowledge of early childhood education and curriculum planning preferred. • Ability to interact positively with parents, caretakers, and guardians. • Flexibility to work varying shifts based on enrollment needs. • High School Diploma/GED required (Preferred: CDA, Associates, or Bachelor's degree). • Clean background check and CPR/First Aid certification required within 90 days of hire.
