Responsibilities • Engage in both voice and non-voice processes as required. • Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally. • Verify information from third-party entities using online databases. • Review and complete Enrichment Tasks according to client specifications and training. • Perform data entry, verify vendor resources, validate board certifications, and liaise with state boards for updates. • Ensure tasks are executed promptly and with high quality. • Fulfill additional duties as required by the company.
