This part-time position is ideal for self-motivated individuals with a knack for building strong client relationships and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support, contributing to overall satisfaction and loyalty. ### Key Responsibilities -

Client Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a timely manner. Foster open and effective communication to build strong relationships. -

Account Management:

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up on service requests, concerns, and feedback. Customize services to meet client needs. -

Problem Resolution:

Proactively identify and resolve client concerns, coordinating with internal teams to facilitate quick and satisfactory solutions. Escalate issues as necessary to ensure resolution. -

Data Management:

Maintain accurate client records using the company’s CRM systems. Input, update, and archive client data while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. -

Client Feedback:

Gather, analyze, and report on client feedback and satisfaction surveys. Use insights to propose enhancements to services and processes to improve overall client experience. -

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for clients. Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to strategic initiatives. -

Training and Support:

Provide training and support to clients regarding Aetna’s products and services, ensuring they understand the offerings and derive maximum value from them. -

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to better serve clients and inform internal strategies. ### Requirements -

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required. -

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or insurance sectors. -

Self-starter who can work autonomously while managing multiple tasks. -
