Position Summary We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Remote Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional customer service solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Your responsibilities will include making consistent outbound calls, accurately documenting customer interactions, and upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Key Responsibilities • Accurately enter data and perform typing tasks. • Capture and document customer information. • Upsell products and services when appropriate. • Set appointments in a business-to-customer format. • Maintain a thorough understanding of the products, services, and promotions associated with each campaign. Qualifications • Required: At least one year of call center experience, including working with an automatic dialer and call scripting. Note: This is mandatory for remote candidates. • Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills, active listening abilities, and excellent communication. • Consistent attendance and punctuality. • Sales experience is preferred. • High school diploma or GED. • Basic computer skills and literacy. • Experience in an outbound calling environment. Work-from-Home Requirements • A PC or laptop with Windows 10 or later (Note: Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible). • A hard-wired, high-speed internet connection (via ethernet cable). • A USB-connected headset. • A webcam. • A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, including pets and children.
