Job Description

Amazon is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Executive to join our team in Texas. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. Your role will involve resolving customer inquiries, processing orders, and addressing any issues that may arise with a high degree of professionalism.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and professionalism
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
  • Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
