Job Summary:

This position offers a flexible schedule with under four hours of work each day. Description:
As a Call Center Operator, you will work directly with our valued customers, providing them with excellent service and support. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, with a commitment to providing the best possible customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
– Manage and resolve customer complaints
– Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
– Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
– Provide product and service information to customers
Requirements:
– Excellent customer service skills
– Professional phone etiquette
– Proficient in relevant computer applications
– Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
– Good data entry and typing skills
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in a customer support role or call center environment is preferred but not required as we provide paid training.
