Job Summary:

Job Description:

As a Costco Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Costco orders reach our customers on time and in perfect condition. You will be the face of Costco, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining our high standards, all while driving safely and professionally.

Responsibilities:

1. Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.

2. Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.

3. Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.

4. Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.

5. Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.

6. Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

7. Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

Requirements:

1. Must possess a valid driver’s license.

2. Clean driving record, with no traffic violations.

3. High school diploma or equivalent.

4. Proven experience as a delivery driver is preferred.

5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Physical stamina to load and unload heavy items.
