Requirements

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to higher levels when necessary.
  • Provide customers with accurate information regarding Delta’s policies, services, and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive customer service experience.
