Job Description:

As a Part-Time Server at Olive Garden, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional dining experiences by serving our guests generously and attentively. You will be the primary point of contact for our guests, responsible for guiding them through our menu, taking orders, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

– Taking customers’ orders, answering questions about the menu and food, selling the restaurant’s food and drinks, etc.

– Delivering a great customer dining experience

– Restocking dining area and server station as needed

– Maintaining cleanliness in the dining area

– Adhering to all restaurant health and safety regulations

Requirements:

– Excellent customer service skills

– Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

– Ability to stand for extended periods

– Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Educational Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

– Previous experience as a server is preferred but not required as we provide comprehensive training.
