Job Description:
As a Walmart Express Grocery Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their groceries promptly and in excellent condition. You will be tasked with picking up groceries from our stores and delivering them to customers in a timely and efficient manner, all while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Load and unload groceries from vehicles, ensuring that all items are handled with care.
2. Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivering goods.
3. Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes.
4. Maintain ongoing communication with the dispatch team.
5. Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs.
6. Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer.
Requirements:
1. Valid driver’s license.
2. Clean driving record.
3. Must be punctual and prompt.
4. Excellent customer service skills.
5. Ability to lift heavy objects.
6. Ability to work well under pressure.
Educational Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in delivery driving or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.
