Job Description:
The Bartender will be responsible for providing excellent drink service to our guests, creating an intimate and relaxing environment. You will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the dining room.
Responsibilities:
– Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
– Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
– Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
– Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
– Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Requirements:
– Proven working experience as a Bartender.
– Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
– Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
– Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
– Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
Educational Qualifications:
– High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
– Bartending certification is a plus.
