Job Description:
You are responsible for picking out high-quality products from Whole Foods and delivering them within stipulated timelines to Amazon customers. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Amazon clients have an unforgettable shopping experience. You will also work collaboratively with Whole Foods team members to ensure that deliveries are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
1. Review and fulfill grocery orders promptly.
2. Select high-quality products and ensure they meet Whole Foods standards.
3. Maintain liaison with Whole Foods team members to streamline delivery processes.
4. Ensure timely delivery of grocery orders to Amazon customers.
5. Handle any customer queries or complaints concerning deliveries.
6. Adhere strictly to safety and hygiene standards while handling groceries.
7. Manage and maintain inventory levels in conjunction with Whole Foods team members.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Prior experience in grocery handling or delivery services would be advantageous.
3. Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of high-quality groceries.
6. Ability to lift and move heavy grocery items.
7. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
