Responsibilities

– Assist customers with their inquiries related to prescriptions, medical services, and insurance benefits
– Process and manage prescription orders accurately and efficiently
– Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve issues
– Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
– Document all customer interactions and actions taken in our systems
– Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
– Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or insurance preferred
– Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
